BulkSafe help: previews, limits and undo
For help with a bulk edit, include your store domain and the edit reference from History. Please do not send passwords or access tokens.
Understanding your product limit
Each distinct product changed counts once per operation, including its variants. Free supports 10 products, Basic 500 and Pro 5,000 per operation. There is no monthly edit quota, manual undo is included, and there are no automatic overage fees. View the plans and product limits.
For catalogs with many variants, an operation supports up to 50,000 variant or field changes. A sale updating price and compare-at price together counts as one variant change. Split larger changes into smaller product selections. Only products with a proposed change count toward your plan limit.
Check your selection before applying
Filter by collection, vendor, tag, product type, status, title, price or SKU, or choose individual products. The preview shows the exact products and variants that need a change. Nothing is applied until you confirm. Try the sample preview and undo workflow.
Step-by-step editing guides
- Bulk change Shopify prices with a preview
- Set up sale and compare-at prices
- Add and remove product tags in bulk
- Restore saved edits and understand skipped changes
A bulk edit only partly completed
Open its result page to inspect items needing attention. Successful changes remain recorded and can be restored. Check unconfirmed values directly in Shopify before creating another edit.
Undo skipped a product
A newer value may have replaced the value BulkSafe applied, or the product may have been removed. Skipping it protects the newer edit. Review it in Shopify before deciding what to change.
Before uninstalling
Undo any changes you need to restore first. Uninstalling revokes access, stops pending edits and prevents automatic restoration.
