Information we process

We process your Shopify store domain, catalog identifiers and titles, selected product fields, filters, operation dates, execution results and subscription entitlements. We keep original and proposed values to provide previews, history and restoration. Authentication tokens are encrypted before database storage. Shopify authentication may provide a staff identifier for an operation’s audit record.

BulkSafe does not request customer or order access. It does not install storefront tracking, use advertising cookies or sell personal information.

Why we use this information

We use this information to authenticate your store, execute the catalog changes you request, restore saved values, enforce plan allowances, provide support and investigate failures. Minimal internal events record installation and operation milestones. We do not use an external product analytics provider.

Service providers

Shopify handles installation, catalog access and subscription billing. Supabase provides PostgreSQL database hosting. Vercel hosts the application and processes technical request logs. These providers may process information in their configured regions and other locations under their terms and safeguards.

Retention and deletion

Operation history is retained while the app is installed so saved values remain available for restoration. Uninstallation stops pending jobs and removes authentication sessions. When Shopify sends its shop redaction request, we remove the uninstalled shop’s operations, usage and internal events. If the app has been reinstalled, data required for the active installation is retained. Database backups and provider logs may remain for their configured retention periods.

Your choices and rights

You control catalog access through Shopify and can uninstall the app at any time. Contact the operator to request access, correction, deletion or information about international transfers and applicable rights. We authenticate requests before disclosing shop information. Shopify customer privacy requests are verified; no customer records are stored by this app.

We update this page when our processing changes. Material changes will be communicated through the app or the support channel.
